Extract the folder to a spot you can find (e.g. your Downloads).

Load it in Chrome
Open chrome://extensions, toggle Developer mode (top-right), click “Load unpacked”, and pick the extracted folder.

Pin & go
Click the puzzle icon to find KooLink, then pin it. On any page, click the icon → Shorten & copy it.
